I am a radio operator for the Brockton Emergency Management.  We are usually activated during major storms and State of Emergencies, either activated by the City of Brockton, or the State of Massachusetts.

Brockton Emergency Management now has RACES Operators assigned to the Center. The RACES Operators are the ones who will be handling communications between Brockton and the "State Bunker" in Bridgewater, or MEMA HQ in Framingham, using Amateur Radio communications.
